Item Description

You’re looking at a new metal camshaft locking tool for all 4V Desmoquattro Ducati’s with 18 tooth cam wheels.

Models covered are all variants of: 851, 888, 748, 916 & 996, EXCEPT the 996R which has the later Testastretta motor.

For the 2002 748 fitted with ST4 heads, the 2003 and later S4R and the 2001 and later ST4 please use my ST4 tool.

This tool has been designed to precisely fit between the 2 camshafts on the vertical cylinder to hold the inlet cam in place allowing for easy replacement of the cam belts.
